JM Properties & Management Ltd is a Property Management Company. We work with local Landlords and local - international businesses, companies to house their professional employees. We are NOT estate agents and we DO NOT charge any type of fees to the House Owner.

We offer Guaranteed rent service for Local landlords. The landlord will receive a guaranteed rent every month and have no void periods for the whole contract period (up to five years).
Landlords get paid for full occupancy and never have to worry about non-paying tenants.
Landlords don’t have to look for new tenants or contact estate agents.

At the end of the contract with us we guarantee to return the property in the same or better condition which we received it.

After the end of the contract with us landlords will have the option of contact renewal.

We offer free property maintenance service to the landlords for the whole contract period with us. We take care of all day to day maintenance of your property.
We pay all the utilities and council tax along with a cleaner 2x per month and gardener (if- applicable).

We typically agree a 3 to 5 years management /lease/ tenancy agreement, so you have no worries, hassles or voids for the whole contact period.
Landlords can renew the contact and enjoy hassle free passive income as long as they want.
