We are a Property Management Company. We work with local and international businesses, companies, student organizations and qualified individuals to house their professional employees or individuals. We are NOT estate agents and we DO NOT charge any type of fees to the House Owner.
 

• How Does it Works ?
   

• You receive a Guaranteed Rent every month and have no void periods for up to 3-5 years.
   

• You get paid for Full occupancy and never have to worry about non-paying tenants.
   

• You don’t have to look for new tenants or contact estate agents.
   

• We take care of all Day to day maintenance of your property.
   

• We pay allthe utilities and council tax along with a cleaner 2x per month and gardener (if- applicable).
   

•  At the end of your contract with us we guarantee to return your property in the same or better  condition which we received it.

              

           We typically agree a 3 to 5 years management / tenancy / lease agreement, so you have no worries, hassles or voids for the whole contact period.
